The Singers perform Sergei Rachmaninoff’s landmark All-Night Vigil (op. 37 “Vespers”) before appearing at the renowned Ravinia Festival on June 18 and 19. Easily the most beloved of all Russian choral music, this work is known for its elegant chant melodies, soaring vocal lines, and warm bass passages that explore the lowest part of the register. Don’t miss one of only two opportunities to hear a local performance before The Singers take the All-Night Vigil to Chicago.
