COVID SAFETY MEASURES
Artists must make choices based on the safety of the entire ensemble. Attendance Policy will allow for flexibility for COVID-19 situations as they arise. The COVID protocols will change as mandated by state and federal health agencies.
If an artists tests positive, they should immediately notify Matthew Culloton (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Janette Davis (email@example.com). The choir will then be notified and members will be asked to visit a free Vault testing site ASAP. In addition:
• All participants must self-monitor for symptoms and refrain from attending if they have concerns about possible COVID exposure or possible symptoms.
• Anyone developing symptoms of COVID-19 while attending the rehearsal must immediately perform hand hygiene, avoid contact others, and leave as soon as it is safe to do so. Please arrange testing as soon as possible.
• Symptomatic participants will be required to self-isolate until tested for COVID-19 and the results are confirmed.
• If the test results are negative for COVID-19 but the participant remains ill and/or symptomatic, they should not attend until symptoms are resolved.
