COVID SAFETY MEASURES
Safety Information Our concert venue requirements will be based on updated counsel from the CDC, NIH and the MN Health Department. In addition, we will honor the COVID-19 policies of our host venues, but ask that you wear a mask regardless of vaccination status and sit socially distanced whenever possible to keep you, our artists and other audience members safe. Our musicians are all vaccinated unless demonstrating an exemption, so we ask the same from you. In addition, the artists are regularly tested and wear a mask. Please be advised that there are additional mandates in place for some venues, see the links below for more info. If you feel unwell, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have tested positive or been in contact with someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days please stay home. Please call at 651-917-1948 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule your tickets.
Nativity of Our Lord and Annunciation Catholic Church: we ask that you wear a mask and sit socially distanced whenever possible to keep you, our artists and other audience members safe.
FOR OUR ARTISTS:
Artists must make choices based on the safety of the entire ensemble. Attendance Policy will allow for flexibility for COVID-19 situations as they arise. The COVID protocols will change as mandated by state and federal health agencies.
• All participants must self-monitor for symptoms and refrain from attending if they have concerns about possible COVID exposure or possible symptoms.
• Anyone developing symptoms of COVID-19 while attending the rehearsal must immediately perform hand hygiene, avoid contact others, and leave as soon as it is safe to do so. Please arrange testing as soon as possible.
• Symptomatic participants will be required to self-isolate until tested for COVID-19 and the results are confirmed.
• If the test results are negative for COVID-19 but the participant remains ill and/or symptomatic, they should not attend until symptoms are resolved.
